Aurura, Ga

If you ask any native Georgian where was gold discovered in Georgia which led allowing the white man intrude on the Native Americans for the gold rush which led to the trail of tears they will probably tell you Dahlonega.  Then you can hit them over the head and say "WRONG!"  It was Aurura, which once a boom town, now a ghost town.
