Atlantis

The Atlantis is an island within boat rowing distance from Nassau.  Really!  You could almost throw a rock from one to the other, if your rock skidded in the water.  Atlantis is for the rich (and famous).  When we went I think we were on the lookout for Opra Winfrey and Michel Jackson, who reportedly had hidaways there.  They have a very big casino with some nice artwork centerpieces.  Once the casino was in a James Bond movie, I forgot which one.  I heard the citizens of Nassau can work there, but cannot be a customer or guest there.  Its the law.

In the basement you can wander out and look at a huge aquarium they have.  One of the very few free things at The Atlantis.
