The Right to Shoot Innocent Humans

84 People were killed by mass murders in 2012 (so far).  We Americans have the right to bare arms.  I think that was originally meant for people to bare arms in their militia;  not to shoot every human in sight.

Speaking of mass murders in 2012, in China today a man with a knife stabbed 23 children to death.  Strange coincidence.  I don't  know if the 84 killed by mass murders included the China's deaths today or not.
