While Anna was in a 5 day business meeting I was left to wander the streets and waterways.  Which reminds me of another time I was in Jacksonville, Florida.  It was New Years Even, 1964.  Our ship the USS NEWPORT NEWS docked at nearby Mayport and we went into town to see a little action on New Years Eve.  I found myself wandering the downtown streets with a female with a black eye patch who continuously blew a long horn in my face.  I think she needed to work on her communication skills.
